Payment Questions

How do I pay for my tickets?

VTE Tickets uses an offline payment workflow. Here's how it works:

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. 1 Reserve tickets online by adding them to your cart
  2. 2 Complete checkout with your contact information
  3. 3 The event organizer will call you to arrange payment (Airtel Money, MTN Money, or Cash)
  4. 4 After payment confirmation, you'll receive digital tickets via email

Why does the organizer call me?

The event organizer calls you to:

  • Confirm your order details
  • Arrange payment method (Airtel Money, MTN Money, or Cash)
  • Provide payment instructions if needed
  • Answer any questions you may have

Ticket Questions

How do I receive my tickets?

After payment confirmation by the organizer, you'll receive a digital ticket PDF with a unique QR code via email. Check your inbox (and spam folder).

Do I need to print my ticket?

No printing required! Just show the QR code on your smartphone at the venue entrance. Our scanners work directly from your screen.

What if I lose my email ticket?

Contact the event organizer directly or email support@vteofficial.com with your order reference number.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, contact the organizer at least 24 hours before the event. Provide the new attendee's details, and they'll update the ticket information.

Event Questions

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

  • You will be notified via email
  • The organizer will arrange refunds directly
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

VTE acts as an intermediary platform. All refunds are handled directly by the event organizer.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time. This allows time for security checks, ticket scanning, and finding your seat.

Refund Questions

What is your refund policy?

General Policy: All ticket reservations are subject to the refund policy set by the individual event organizer.

Refund Eligible

  • Event cancellation by organizer
  • Major event postponement
  • Duplicate payment

Non-Refundable

  • Change of mind
  • Late arrival to event
  • Failure to attend
