Our policies for refunds, cancellations, and ticket transfers for events booked through VTE Tickets.

Important Notice

VTE Tickets operates as a reservation platform. All payment arrangements and refund decisions are made directly between you and the event organizer. We facilitate communication but are not party to the payment transaction.

General Refund Policy

Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

No Refund Scenarios

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Late arrival to the event

Refund Process

Contact the Organizer

Reach out to the event organizer directly using the contact information provided in your order confirmation email.

Agree on Refund Terms

Discuss and agree on the refund amount and method with the organizer (Airtel Money, MTN Money, or Cash).

Receive Refund

The organizer will process the refund directly to you using the agreed payment method.

Ticket Transfer Policy

Transfer to Another Person

If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by:

  • Informing the organizer at least 24 hours before the event
  • Providing the new attendee's name and contact information
  • Ensuring the new attendee presents the original ticket QR code
